Why has my girlfriend stopped having orgasms?
My girlfriend has always had orgasms in the past. But recently she has stopped having orgasms. She has recently started taking some meds from the doctor called Citalopram the other is called clonazepam. We know they do decrease sex drive as a side effect but would that keep her from having an orgasm? Her sex drive is still there just no orgasm. Please help.

you are right about the meds..those will do it..But..after her body gets use to the meds..she’ll be able to orgasm again

YES this will cause anorgasmia….any med in that clasification can cause this problem to occur. I had this problem when I was taking paxil…it was IMPOSSIBLE!! maybe she can try something else?
It’s probably just taking longer to reach orgasm due to the meds.

One common problem that happens is this. I have been there and done that. You have to figure out what it is first that is destroying her sex drive. If shes on medication like birth control or anti-depressants that is something to think about and do research on. Other then that it could just be stress, maybe the kids, really anything that makes your life stressful can do this and lower the libido.
