ok i will admit it, i do have a small penis. my dick is only about 4 1/2 inches when i have an erection. and i really want to make it a lot bigger than it already is. i dont really want to do exercises for my penis, unless there is an exercise that is a guaranteed way to improve growth. i have heard about penis extenders, and i believe that it is a good device, but i cant find one under 0. im not willining to spend more than on one of these things. does walgreens have something that can enlarge my penis at a resonable price? and btw i will not use pills or get surgery, cause i want to do this all naturally. let me know some of your ideas. thanks.

I have a thick but small penis (3.5 inches.) Plus I get anxiety around women, and it can be difficult to keep a good erection. My fear is that if my penis is short and my erection isn’t stellar, then it’s not going to feel good to her.
