Do the pills really work (the ones with the satisfaction guaranteed promises) because they’re really expensive and I dont want to waste my money… If they dont work what else can I do? (other than surgery) Im a skinny fellow so if i eat more and gain more weight will my penis get bigger too?

If you gain more weight than your penis will essentially decrease in length due to the fat rolling over the base of your penis. There really is nothing you can do to increase the size of your penis unless you want to risk surgery or pills.
I dont know about the pills, but I have found that years of stretching to be very effective. Now you have to do this when you arent erect and just grab the tip and pull as far as it will go. Do this several times a day and just before bed. You can also go hands free and tie the head to a door knob and just lean back a little. You will be amazed at the results. Good Luck

How old are you? Weight gain is purely and simply that. We are genetically made in the womb as to how tall, eye colour etc.
If it sounds too good to be true, then it is. A fool and their money is soon parted. If you are genuinly concerned about this go see your GP (Doctor) and be referred to a Specialist who is reputable.

I would not suggest buying pills because like you said they are really expensive.
