Every other man I know wants a larger tool. I’ll not be shy to say that I want a much larger one than what I currently have too.
However, if you were to check out the ways such surgeries are done, you’ll realise that the trade offs far outweigh the visual satisfaction you get from a larger penis.
Implants are a possibility. But they can damage tissue and once anything happen, you might lose more than you’ve tried to put in.
Another way is to sever the two anchoring tendons which gives it lift when you get an erection. But then your hard state may sag downwards. And unlike vasectomy, this is apparently non-reversable.
Pumps may not work more than giving you a larger tool through bruises. Heck, the pain will make you not even want to touch it.
Magical ointments magically enlarge the sellers’ wallets but not your penis.
Unless you have a micro-sized one (1.5 cm or less), you should *never* consider such a procedure regardless of cost or effectiveness. Instead, learn to savour what you have.
I’d hazard a guess that you need shrink more than you need enlargement surgery. The shrink will teach you positive thinking and you’ll do even better in bed than you’ve ever done.
And no, nowhere is it safe to do something like this to yourself.

What is safe is leaving it alone. The cheapest are pumps $20-$50 average. Surgery costs thousands and I don’t know about anyone else but I never heard anyone brag about having Mexican surgery, it is cheap, but you get what you pay for.
